How to Authorize the eKEY Application

Obtain an eKEY Authorization code, and clear Authorization Errors with these steps:

Log on to SupraWEB

  • Click the Login button to go to SupraWEB:

    

  • On the Login page, enter your User ID and your Password:

Generate an Authorization Code

  • On the left-side of the screen, click Authorization Code .

Replace an authorization code to clear an authorization error

  • Open the eKEY application.

  • Press the "About" icon.
     About button

  • Scroll to the bottom and select Reset Authorization.

  • Tap Reset Authorization again and enter the 30 digit authorization code, then follow the on-screen prompts to update the key.
